These pancakes are so filling and comforting, especially as it is starting to get colder here in Australia and I sometimes feel like something a bit heavier than a smoothie in the morning.

I find these pancakes taste just as good cold as they do hot so I will sometimes cook them the night before if I know I am going to be strapped for time in the morning.

Chocolate Almond Butter
