This is a follow on from last week’s post with 5 more fabulous recipes that Maddy has created. I’m so excited to cook the pumpkin bread this weekend; it sounds amazing!
These pancakes are so filling and comforting, especially as it is starting to get colder here in Australia and I sometimes feel like something a bit heavier than a smoothie in the morning.
I find these pancakes taste just as good cold as they do hot so I will sometimes cook them the night before if I know I am going to be strapped for time in the morning.

A spoonful of this almond butter is the perfect treat for when you’re having a chocolate craving. Below are directions on how to make the almond butter before adding in the cacao, so you can skip the chocolate bit if you would just prefer to make normal almond butter.
