I recently made this Jamie Oliver recipe for roast chicken and it was so easy to make and turned out so well that I had to share it with you all. I tend to shy away from roasting chicken as I am always worried it will dry out or won’t cook properly but I followed these directions exactly and it turned out perfectly. The skin was crisp and so full of flavour. It also produced this amazing tasting gravy which I wasn’t expecting, it was a nice surprise. I have included the ingredients I used in my recipe below but pretty much copied Jamie’s method exactly, you can find the original recipe here.

Red Velvet Cupcakes have always been one of my favourite treats. Chocolate cake plus coconut frosting? Hello, how could you not love it!
