Hi, I’m Mia. I am so happy you have decided to let me share all my favourite recipes and health tips with you.

I am a Health Coach and Makeup Artist and i’m extremely passionate about living a healthy, happy life!

I love nothing more than spending hours in the kitchen creating delicious, healthy recipes that I can guarantee will taste a million times better than your favourite takeaway or junk food.

    hey mia:) great blog! i have a question concerning your studying: becoming a health coach sounds rellay great, but is it very expensive to study at IIN?

      I’m not sure what the cost is now as I did it a few years ago. They do offer payment plans so you don’t have to pay it all in one go.

      I know at the moment if you say that myself (or anyone else you know who has done the course) referred you they will give you 25% off the fee.
